Role description:
Provide product lifecycle (PLC) management support to Global Marketing team, including product additions, deletions and substitutions, labelling changes, change control approvals, stock & supply issues, and responding to technical product queries from field sales.

Main duties:
Product Addition / deletion / substitution
a. Compiling and communicating requirements and changes to suppliers and sales teams/ partners in conjunction with R&D and procurement
Product LABELLING AND DOCUMENTATION – approvals & content
a. Registration documentation checking (IFU’s, user manuals, software)
b. Ensuring correct processes are followed (& creating new where necessary)
Change control PROGRESSION
a. Advisory Notes – drafting and editing
b. Product Changes
c. Complaints – voice of customer
d. Validation
Stock / supply issues
a. Liaison with supply chain on special situations for stock information
Product queries (technical / feature / logistics / tender support)
a. Refurb instrument availability
b. Compiling info for product registration – consistent quality
c. “New” info required for tenders
NPI Support / additional
a. Coordination of Alpha and beta testing of systems prior to launch
